Hi, my name is Stephen Jefford and I run an executive coaching practice, consult on HR matters and mentor HR leadership on strategic engagement.

I help clients through a coaching or mentoring relationship, enhancing performance and smoothing the transition to the most senior roles in corporations, limited partnerships, and charities. My objective is to listen and question supportively, with the objective of improving individual and corporate outcomes.

I also mentor  in the HR space, helping on strategic engagement, post acquisition integration, corporate culture, and internal communication.

I typically work through referral, however I am always open to new opportunities.
